In order to become a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas, you must complete six core courses. Principles of Real Estate I, Principles of Real Estate II, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, Real Estate Finance and Promulgated Contract Forms – For a total of 180 credit hours.
